We pride ourselves in being able to customise our services. We can provide cleaning and have a laundry service to take care of yours, replace gas bottles, assist with any trades or maintenance needs.

Your holiday house is an investment that should give you pleasure.

Our aim is to help you to care for that investment, so that you can relax and enjoy ownership of your holiday house
throughout the years. Our trustworthy, friendly, staff are ready to help you.


Cleaning

A very thorough checklist is followed which ensures consistency and your particular details are taken care of. We also ensure that basic supplies are on hand and will top up at cost as required. When we leave, we make sure that the property is ready for either yourself or your guests to walk in and enjoy. It is ready to go!

Laundry

A laundry service for your linen can be provided to wash and iron your linen. We also ensure that all mattress and pillow protectors are kept clean and sanitised. Any household soft furnishings can be washed as needed.

Emergency Call Outs

We are located within a 30 minute drive to all areas on the Bellarine Peninsula so any emergencies can be attended to within a very short time frame.

All Staff Police Checked

Staff are police checked and background checked.

Insured

Holiday Housekeepers has current public liability insurance Workcover insurance # 15995045 for staff FairWork guidelines are followed for staff pay rates and allowances.

Infection control

Strict infection control and sanitisation procedures as set out by the DHHS are followed as part of the cleaning process.

Cleaning Rate

$60 per hour inc GST per person. (subject to change)  Weekend and Public Holiday penalty rates apply Time and a half for Saturdays and Double time for Sundays and Double time and a half for Public Holidays.  Boxing Day and Good Friday are triple time

Call Out Rate

Emergency attending within 2 hours will incur a  50% loading on the rate for that day.

Booking requests made less than 36 hours before guests are checking in will incur a 20% loading

Washmates Laundry Service Rate

$9.50 per kilo Wash Dry Fold and Iron.  Other options available please contact us to discuss.
